Publisher's description of Video Grabber
Grabs video from youtube, multi-grabbing is possible. Local name is customisable. It is possible to select local folder and create new file. All files are grabbed in FLV format. It is possible to add many links to be grabbed from YouTube. All added links will be grabbed in paralel. If many links are grabbed, they are stored in the selected folder. The default folder is the app install folder. It is also possible to manage all added links. This version is the first release on CNET Download.com.

Cons: not really freeware, limits downloads to 3 at a time. seems to slow dow my win xp. better to get the google video grabber, ya it's limited also, but it's more stable.
