"Does what the Blackberry should have had in the first place"
Version: VR+: Voice Recorder 1.2.2
Pros
It's great to have recording functionality in my 3 day old Blackberry Pearl (Voice Notes doesn't do it, in my book). Since I have the fully functional 7 day trial version, I don't know what I'll be missing a week from now. I'm used to having recording capabilities in my mobile phone- to record personal ringtones, notes to self, etc. I was able to change the path to where I want to save my recordings, and the ability to rename the right after saving is a nice touch. The immediate option to send as an email is a nice touch also. I've only been playing with this program for about a 1/2 an hour, but I like what I see. $20 for what I feel BB should have had integrated into the phone isn't that outrageous in my opinion. So, for those that want the ability to record, this program wont disappoint.
Cons
I wish it had the ability to record phone calls (legal in my state).
