This product also includes tools for determining "How Much Loan (House) Affordable?" and "Should I Refinance?" You can also copy and paste loan amortization schedule to other applications such as Microsoft Excel. And you can also print out loan amortization schedule.

Version: VG Mortgage Auto & Any Loan Calculator 5
"This is a handy and easy-to-use calculator!. Does what you need!"
Pros: Here are some highlights from this software:
1. User Friendly
2. Easy to install
3. Calculation is easy and straight forward
4. Nice functionality to let you determine if you should do refinance, and how much you can save.
5. Can be used for all kinds of calculation (not restricted to only mortgage)
Cons: No problems so far.

"Very handy tool for calculating my mortgage payment"
Pros: I like the extra monthly payment option to find out how much money and time I can save. Also works for my auto loan.
