You can also copy and paste loan amortization schedule to other applications such as Microsoft Excel. And you can also print out loan amortization schedule.

4. Nice functionality to let you determine if you should do refinance, and how much you can save.
5. Can be used for all kinds of calculation (not restricted to only mortgage)
