From Bitberry Software :Update Patrol lets you automate checking pages for updates - any pages, not just pages with RSS feeds (though you can use it for those too). But also pages like products you use, competitors' sites, health information, friends' sites, and any pages and subpages you want to monitor. It's like putting the boring parts of your web surfing on autopilot, so you have more time for the fun parts.It will automatically monitor web sites, blogs and text files for updates, and you can view the updated sites with changes highlighted in the internal browser. To avoid 'false alarms', you can filter out dynamic content like page counters and dates.
Version 2.0.5 adds HTML parser, allowing UpdatePatrol to handle sites with invalid HTML much better.

Pros: Appears to work well
Cons: Although it's able to schedule the update checks it doesn't have the ability to email change alerts. It also doesn't appear to have the ability to monitor all pages on a web site without manually specifying each and every page.
