None, I could not find anything useful about this program.
Cons
Program is full of spyware, spyware will slow your computer and eventually bring your computer to a halt, I find it hard to believe how an infected file finds its way onto website that is so widely available for download.
Summary
Do not download this file, sets AVG alarm ringing, file gets put into quarantine as spyware.
If you would like a blackberry unlocked for free try this site as they will do it for nothing.

They ought to list which phones it supports, so you don't download it if it's not going to work for you. I had four phones sitting here to unlock and none of them were supported by this program.

They claim to be able to unlock almost all mobiles - including Motorola V3. I download this huge beast and installed. Opened the prog and found a small handful of Motorola phones supported - BUT NOT V3! The list of phones supported is A LOT less than the claims they make. I wonder why...
