Version: Ulead GIF Animator 5
Pros: Easy to use, and the results are mindblowing, find your image, size it, and go at it, its that simple and if you mess up, its easy to go back and correct, nothing is save until you want it to, and you can save a copy of your image right to its own folder incase you delete the image from your hard drive accidentaly, great easy features, and what do you have to lose, it has a FULL USE trial download, free of watermarks, very few if any nag screens, highly recommended to purchase strait out, better then anything on the market, and the extra stuff you can purchase along side of it to create your very own personal studio without having useless unused bundles is a future thought to keep in mind as well

Pros: This program makes it easy for you to create animation and then can be exported in gif, exe which means you simply click it and watch it, quicktime, avi and mpg.

Cons: very few if any....but one, is that it doesn't auto size the image for you and in order to save it in jpeg instead of bitmap on some images is a must, it does add a ton of extra kbs to the image if set to animate...if using photobucket it will resize automatically and ruin your image..some tweaking is needed prior to saving, and windows will not resize the image without ruining your animation.

"Great product produces fantastic results."
Pros: Easy peasy to use. Any errors can be undone in a few mouse clips, easy to edit existing GIF files on your harddrive (saving a copy just in case) Good GUI - easy to negotiate and find what you're looking for.
Cons: For me it's perfect...the small nag screen is acceptable to me as it's a trial. No spyware, adware or other nasties.
