Version: TubeDownload 2.3.4
Pros: *Finds hidden HD
*Fast
*Tube Player: open video file folder, it shows large thumbnails, along with their file types. Hover over it gives you the video (or audio) properties.
*Lightweight
*Batch download
*Browser: a small button in IE or FFCons: The only suggestion I would make to the developers is to change the default from .flv to more file types (or simply *.*). I also set Tube Player to automatically play my DVDs and other video types.
Summary: I've tried 20 video downloaders, converters and players. This is the best all around. So good I blogged about it on my web site!
