From Tordex :True Launch Bar is a replacement for standard Quick Launch. All functions presented in Quick Launch also are in True Launch Bar. The application allows you to combine your shortcuts in groups, improving the management of your shortcuts, and saving working space on your desktop. True Launch Bar fully supports the ability to drag and drop. You can add printers and dial-up networks, and control them using the context menu. True Launch Bar supports skins and plug-ins.
Version 4.2 is Windows Vista support, popup menu at cursor position, auto close tear off menu, and keyboard accelerators for most operations.

Version: True Launch Bar 4.2
Pros: I was really impressed at first, so much so I decided to purchase.
Cons: Then I started having problem with the menus just popping out by themselves all the time, it got very annoying. Support offered no help via email or forum. I even sent support a screen capture movie of the problem. Wish I could just get my $ back, what a waste. Would be great if not for this odd behavior, clearly a bug.

Pros: trully a sorry piece of software. I should have read the other review by MikeJ
before even trying it...
Cons: 1. Impossible to work with. 2.will mess your other bars too. 3. impossible to uninstall. 4. poor english 5. badly presented
