From Tordex :True Launch Bar is a replacement for standard Quick Launch. All functions presented in Quick Launch also are in True Launch Bar. The application allows you to combine your shortcuts in groups, improving the management of your shortcuts, and saving working space on your desktop. True Launch Bar fully supports the ability to drag and drop. You can add printers and dial-up networks, and control them using the context menu. True Launch Bar supports skins and plug-ins. Version 3.2 contains a range of new features and added options. Version 4.1 may include unspecified updates, enhancements, or bug fixes.

Version: True Launch Bar 4.1
"What a complete waste of time...!"
Cons: In a word... USELESS. This is supposed to organize your desktop/toolbars and give you easier access than what you already have? So much so that the company feels compelled to actually ask you for MONEY? HA! HA! HA! ha ha ha ha ha ha! Aside from some extra fonts and a slightly different look than XP standard, it does little else outside of what your computer came with. I can only surmise that the other reviews were written by Tordex employees...
