Version: True Launch Bar 3.2
Pros: Lots of plugins. Ultra customizible. Nice appearance. Very comfortable to use. I haven't noticed any other program that can do the same things. I am using it for 3 years and it is becoming bettter and better. Recommended for those, who has 3 hundred icons on desktop.

"This program is very very nice, especially if you download a skin you like."
Pros: Very customizable with alot of settings you can edit, looks great when you download a skin from the skin library on their website, works well with no issues of stability for me so far. I've only been using it for a comparitavely short amount of time, but I've been hooked. Overall: Very Nice.
Cons: None that I can think of yet.
