TopDesk is a window navigation utility that brings Mac OS X Expose-like functionality to Windows XP, giving you an instant overview of all open windows. With a single key press, you can view thumbnails of all open windows, display windows belonging to the current application, or hide all windows to quickly access the desktop. Features include support for minimized windows and multiple monitors, live window updates while in Exposé mode, display of window titles while in Expose mode, customizable mouse and keyboard shortcuts, and mouse hotspots.

Version: TopDesk 1.3.3

"Very nice, elegant, fast, and useful"

Pros: Does what it says. For people who keep a lot of windows open, whether browser windows, etc., this program will save time by enabling you to quickly see all of your windows so you can select the one you wanted. Much faster than minimizing and maximizing windows until you find the right one.
