While producing a good impression as a whole, ToneThis has some serious disadvantages. The installation process passed quickly and with no side effects like undesirable shortcuts. The program's stability is pleasing as well. The interface is very simple and pretty drawn. Even the novice computer users can handle with this tiny program. However, the feature list is poor. No editing or adjustments can be made either for music files, or for pictures. The only editing capability is audio file cropping. That means that you can select just a little region from the whole file to be uploaded to your cell phone.

ToneThis works in a limited number of countries, with limited cell operators, and with limited phone models. It requires your WAP settings to be correctly setup as well. You will need it to download your picture/ringtone when it will be uploaded to your operator via ToneThis. The trial limitations are too strict--you can upload only one picture or one ringtone. Thus you can't even try to check whether image uploading works well, if you've chosen the ringtone before. Thus ToneThis is a ringtone/image uploader for novice and average users with no Phone-To-PC cable.
