Pros: I bought my TomTom XL330 refurbished, and this program found 3 updates as soon as I plugged it into my computer.
Cons: Haven't had the program long enough.
Summary: Can't say too much, I've only had this program for a week.

Pros: I mean, it's a no brainer... use a Tom Tom, and you need TT Home to update your device.
Cons: None that I can think of.
