From Aestas Software :Toggler manages your Caps/Num Lock and Insert keys. It prevents you FROM WRITING LIKE THIS inadvertently. Mistaken touches of the Caps Lock key are prevented by user-configurable key delays and notifications (sound and/or visual). The delays make you hold the key down for a fraction of a second longer than normal before the key responds. SmartShift automatically and intelligently turns off your Caps Lock light when appropriate. The 'Windows' keys and the context menu keys can be disabled on Windows-specific keyboards. Works in every Windows program.
