Version: Tiny Mortgage Calculator 1
Pros: Does what it says, it's a simple calculator. Unlike some other tiny utils this one does do compound interest.
Cons: It doesn't let you test what would happen if you put a little extra $ toward the principal every month. (For a 30-year fixed, one extra payment a year can help you pay it off in 22 or 23 years, saving thousands of dollars.)
