If you can live with the demo limitations, this multifaceted utility offers a good set of time-management tools. TimeLeft includes a clock, a reminder utility, a timer (for counting down), a stopwatch (for counting up), a sticky note, and even a tool for tracking online auctions. All the modules can be customized with almost 50 attractive skins and a few visual effects.
You also can use the program to replace Windows' built-in system-tray clock. The reminder tool is the richest in features, allowing you to schedule multiple notifications on a one-time basis or at recurring intervals. TimeLeft can alert you by popping up a message, playing a WAV file of your choice, launching an application, or shutting down your PC. However, the trial version of the program restricts you to one sticky note, one timer, and one stopwatch at a time. Nevertheless, folks who don't want to download a bunch of clock utilities will appreciate TimeLeft's versatility.
Publisher's description
From NesterSoft :TimeLeft is a clock (also Windows tray clock replacement), countdown, Web countdown, work days and work hours countdown, reminder (including Moon phase reminder), alarm clock, stopwatch, timer, desktop sticker, eBay auction watch, and time synchronization utility. TimeLeft uses Winamp skins to show digits and text. Reminder offers virtually endless customization options, it can alert you at a specific moment or run periodically, remind you before a specified event or keep on reminding you after it.
The reminder can show a message, play music, open a link or document, or shut down your PC. The countdown feature lives on your desktop and shows the amount of time left until (or that's passed since) the specified event. Watching the seconds ticking away it makes some glad event so much closer. You also can put your countdown on a Web page. Version 3.38 has added transparent backgrounds, also see history txt.

Version: TimeLeft 3.38
Pros: I wanted a timer to help remind me to do my daily pushups. Having a nagging reminder rather than counting on remembering to do a set every 20-30 minutes is important.
Cons: The only problem is that sometimes the timer gets in the way of clicking the close or minimize buttons on some open windows, but that's a minor annoyance.
Summary: I liked the free version that I figured I should buy the deluxe version. Heck, it's a neatly written piece of software and the guy deserves to get paid!

Version: TimeLeft 3.38
"Ideal time tracker for people with multiple projects"
Pros: What I love, is that I can create different clocks for the jobs I currently work on.
Cons: I couldn't think of one...
Summary: Being a graphic designer, it is very important to me to have clear insight in the time I spend on each project. I am not a very disciplined administrator, so this way I have no extra work (pushing start and stop doesn't take much time) and it doensn... read more >>

Version: TimeLeft 3.38
Pros: I liked it at first because, I could let it count the days until my next event. Also, it's user friendly and customizable.
Cons: I have a 3 Ghz. AMD processor and 4 Ghz. of memory and this program totally ate that up quickly running from the system tray. I tried to disable the other options within the program and my memory optimizer still had to work overtime.
Summary: Nice concept and free but, a total memory hog.

Version: TimeLeft 3.38
"TimeLeft is definately a good addition to any computer"
Pros: If you want, TimeLeft will replace the Windows Clock with a much better version that's bigger and includes the current date. TimeLeft can be used as a reminder in various ways. The Deluxe version is only $24.95.
Cons: There are none
Summary: Once you've had TimeLeft, you'll wonder how you ever lived without it. The Deluxe version is certainly worth the price.
