If you can live with the demo limitations, this multifaceted utility offers a good set of time-management tools. TimeLeft includes a clock, a reminder utility, a timer (for counting down), a stopwatch (for counting up), a sticky note, and even a tool for tracking online auctions. All the modules can be customized with almost 50 attractive skins and a few visual effects.
You also can use the program to replace Windows' built-in system-tray clock. The reminder tool is the richest in features, allowing you to schedule multiple notifications on a one-time basis or at recurring intervals. TimeLeft can alert you by popping up a message, playing a WAV file of your choice, launching an application, or shutting down your PC. However, the trial version of the program restricts you to one sticky note, one timer, and one stopwatch at a time. Nevertheless, folks who don't want to download a bunch of clock utilities will appreciate TimeLeft's versatility.
Publisher's description
From NesterSoft :TimeLeft is a clock (also Windows tray clock replacement), countdown, Web countdown, work days and work hours countdown, reminder (including Moon phase reminder), alarm clock, stopwatch, timer, desktop sticker, eBay auction watch, and time synchronization utility. TimeLeft uses Winamp skins to show digits and text. Reminder offers virtually endless customization options, it can alert you at a specific moment or run periodically, remind you before a specified event or keep on reminding you after it.
The reminder can show a message, play music, open a link or document, or shut down your PC. The countdown feature lives on your desktop and shows the amount of time left until (or that's passed since) the specified event. Watching the seconds ticking away it makes some glad event so much closer. You also can put your countdown on a Web page. Version 3.37 has updated countdown/timer.

Version: TimeLeft 3.37
"Seems very complete--and it's actually free!"
Pros: Works as advertised on site. Allows huge range of customization. Should fit almost anyone's requirements for a general purpose timer and reminder. Note, this is not a calendar.
Cons: None to speak of. Wish it allowed literal days and months in clocks (i.e., "Saturday, September 20" instead of "09/20," but that's a small quibble they may address in a later version.
Summary: Note, this isn't really "Free to try, $$ to buy." The free version never expires. the $25 is for the deluxe version.
