If you can live with the demo limitations, this multifaceted utility offers a good set of time-management tools. TimeLeft includes a clock, a reminder utility, a timer (for counting down), a stopwatch (for counting up), a sticky note, and even a tool for tracking online auctions. All the modules can be customized with almost 50 attractive skins and a few visual effects.
You also can use the program to replace Windows' built-in system-tray clock. The reminder tool is the richest in features, allowing you to schedule multiple notifications on a one-time basis or at recurring intervals. TimeLeft can alert you by popping up a message, playing a WAV file of your choice, launching an application, or shutting down your PC. However, the trial version of the program restricts you to one sticky note, one timer, and one stopwatch at a time. Nevertheless, folks who don't want to download a bunch of clock utilities will appreciate TimeLeft's versatility.
Publisher's description
From NesterSoft :TimeLeft is a countdown, reminder, Moon phase reminder, clock (also Windows tray clock replacement), alarm-clock, stopwatch, timer, sticker, time-synchronization and online auction watch utility. TimeLeft uses Winamp skins to show digits and text. The main feature of TimeLeft is a customizable reminder, which can alert you at a specific moment or run periodically. It can also remind you before a specified event or keep on reminding you after it. The reminder can show a message, play music, open a link or document, or shut down your PC. The Countdown feature lives on your desktop and shows the amount of time left until (or that's passed since) the specified event. You also can put your countdown on a Web page.
Version 3.21 features minor updates in Reminder engine.

Version: TimeLeft 3.21
Pros: This product allows you to provide a reminder (e.g., countdown, text, and audio). So if you have something to remember, TimeLeft will make sure you don't forget. If you pay for the deluxe version ($19.95) you can use more than one of each type of reminder. Additionally, it provides, if you choose to activate it, a customizable clock that replaces the Windows Clock (the clock in the lower right hand corner of the screen), that can be set to display the current date as well as the current time.

Version: TimeLeft 3.21
Pros: Lots of options. Like that you can choose different skins. Reminder, Timer, Stopwatch, Countdown. Lots of cool features.
Cons: Confusing at first with all the different options and buttons.

Version: TimeLeft 3.21
Pros: Many, many features and options--from number of clocks, to format of timers,
to skins. The paid version offers the option of multiple timers and clocks.
Cons: Does not maintain accuracy. TimeLeft
does not appear to use the system clock, but can be configured (Main
Menu/Tools/Synchronize Time) to independently access an online atomic time server. However, the choice of update frequency is limited to either hourly or daily. In operation TimeLeft begins to lose seconds almost immediately upon running. This would be a minor nuisance for general use, but as an auction timer it is a fatal flaw. Unless I am missing some crucial configuration step (and if I am, please share the information) or until this defect is remedied, it would be best to look for an alternative.
