If you can live with the demo limitations, this multifaceted utility offers a good set of time-management tools. TimeLeft includes a clock, a reminder utility, a timer (for counting down), a stopwatch (for counting up), a sticky note, and even a tool for tracking online auctions. All the modules can be customized with almost 50 attractive skins and a few visual effects.
You also can use the program to replace Windows' built-in system-tray clock. The reminder tool is the richest in features, allowing you to schedule multiple notifications on a one-time basis or at recurring intervals. TimeLeft can alert you by popping up a message, playing a WAV file of your choice, launching an application, or shutting down your PC. However, the trial version of the program restricts you to one sticky note, one timer, and one stopwatch at a time. Nevertheless, folks who don't want to download a bunch of clock utilities will appreciate TimeLeft's versatility.

The main feature of TimeLeft is a customizable reminder, which can alarm you at a specific moment of time or run periodically. It can also remind you before a specified event or keep on reminding after it. Reminder can show a message, play music, open a link/document or shutdown your PC. One more TimeLeft feature is a countdown, which lives on your desktop and shows the amount of time left to (or passed after) the specified event. Countdown reminds you of forthcoming or job to be done. Also you can place your countdown on a Web page.
Version 3.05 is a major update.

Version: TimeLeft 3.05
"Love at first sight... deepening as I explored!"
Pros: [1] Customizable fonts/colours or just use one of the 55 skins (but see "cons" for more on skins). Even the pop-up reminders can be visually customized (colour of everything, small .bmp graphic, message font). Also a nice selection of visual effects for the digits as they change!
[2] Wonderful features, absolutely exactly what I needed (a countdown timer to remind me to stand up and stretch), plus I like the stopwatch, to keep track of how much time I waste (like now, writing this review). And, I didn't even know about the sticky-note feature until after I was already in love with the program! I looked all over for a good sticky-note program a few months ago and gave up because they all seemed to suck!
[3] Registration gives unlimited number of reminders, clocks, timers, stopwatches, and stickies, as well as lifetime technical support and free upgrades to all future versions (sweet!)
Cons: [1] The free version only allows a single Reminder/Stopwatch/StickieNote/Clock ... although it does let you have more than one time setting associated with the same Reminder message, and you can set different "Before" and "After" messages if not the Reminder message itself, so you can make it "seem" like there's multiple reminders (I think I'm just gonna upgrade instead!).
[2] I found a strange visual glitch when zooming in .. the "0" digit in some cases seems to have an ugly line along the right-hand side of the graphic. It's not a problem with the skin file, but the program itself.
[3] The price of extra skins is a little steep .. $9.95 US on top of the purchase price of the program (for 150+ skins). I hope they at least zoom well...
[4] Couldn't set a reminder to be "weekday-only". (I will be suggesting it to the company for future versions.)
[5] Doesn't show current phase of the moon like some of its competitors... but there are other resources for that.
