Version: Time & Chaos 7.0.2.6
Pros: I was a tad harsh about the previous version of this program and having worked with it now for over a year have now to admit, it really is something special. I've also moved up to Chaos Intellect (again, highly recommended). The front end is friendly and easy to use and now that the company has forged a link with CompanionLink, (another exceptional company), it has become even stronger.
I would recommend this program to anyone who wants an efficient CRM database. My previous concern was with the inability of the program to have an 'open ended' facility in the notes element. This concern still exists but I have overcome it by copying what is required into a Word document and then saving it. I'd still like notes to be totally open ended, but the utility of the program overcomes this concern.
Cons: There's nothing to dislike apart from my comments regarding the lack of an open ended notes facility. What makes this program stand out from others is that if you send a query to the technical folk, you receive an answer. The response is usually fairly quick, invariably courteous and always clear. That they have formed a commercial relationship with CompanionLink is also an addition - they also respond equally well. It's this customer support that is a key differentiator to other program providers. Recommended.
Do I have an issue? Only the open ended notes, but hey, live with it, it has a workaround.
