"A solid organizer for personal or professional use."
Pros: This app allows the user to see everything on one screen. The ability to add a large amount of Rich Text formatted notes to contact, appointment and task entries is also very helpful. One thing that sets this app appart however, is the very powerful reporting tool built-in; allows the user to search the database for contact, appts and tasks - as well as make search and replace entries for queried data; e.g., replacing all records that match your search containing 713 area codes with 281 for example. Regular updates and very responsive customer support as well. This is one of the few PIMs that has support for Palm and PPC syncing available.
Cons: I would like to see a true notes module built into the app, and the ability to insert OLE objects (such as DOC files or spreadsheets) into the notes areas of contacts, appts and tasks.

"Everything you need to see on ONE screen. Great stuff!"
Pros: Calendar, contacts, task list, appointments all in ONE VIEW. Since it's not a M$ product, it's not a target for hackers. Stays in memory via a tiny program to run reminders -- no need to run a big, honkin' program. Imports from just about anything.... including Outlook with no problem. Regular updates/improvements.
Cons: No integrated email. Not a biggie if you prefer your own email client.

Pros: Very clear front end, easy to use.
Particularly like the facility to just click contact address and then place that into the word processor.
Cons: Would benefit from a calendar utility similar to some other contact management programs where you can see what's being planned etc., for the next week / month.
Lack of flexibility e.g. only Company name or LastName, First which means that you're unable to have the format that you'd like.
However, what you're not told is that the Notes element has a finite file size. This means that you can only write so much and then that's it. You're stopped from typing. To overcome this you have to remove content and then store it in a text file which you then put into the File Shortcuts, (it's like a filing cabinet where you can place documents etc., related to that contact.) Clumsy!
If this is important to you, it is for me, then it's a 'show stopper'. You're not told of this limitation and you should be! The question I would ask is, what kind of program in this day and age has a limitation on the amount of notes you can put into them?
