Version: ThroughClock 1.78
"ATTN: VER 2.12 FOR XP SP 2 IS AVAILABLE ON THE WEBSITE"
Pros: Click the authors site, listed a "none" there you will find an Asian script page, but if you look around you will see "ThC212 .exe XP SP2" in color and as a hyper link. This is a great clock with customizable colors for the hands, sizes too. Yes there is a second hand option. The only thing that is not customizable is the clock size itself, but I like the non invasive size anyway. I would highly recommend this download, the author really codes well and had put together a very, very nice FREE desktop clock.
Cons: Not a con if you are familiar with the Asian language, otherwise it's a bit of a discovery process to access the custom options. But it's not like your going to crash your system changing the colors/font size, lol.

Pros: I am using it for the last one year.
Here are some solutions to problems posted here;
1.post'davemartin7777'
overwrite files of version 2.12 ,EXEPT the one represented by clock icon, with files of version 1.78
Now most of the Japanese instuctions become English!
2.size can be increased;try at the edges agaist the numbers 3,6,9,12
3.avoid second hand;hog my old Pentium 3.
