We like the look of OS X, but at some point everyone wants a little variation--even on their desktop. If you have a special concept in mind for a desktop design that's a bit further out there, ThemePark is a tool that can get you there. ThemePark helps keep the process clean with an intuitive editing interface that uses a plain-language hierarchy of every theme element. You can create new themes or modify existing ones (or even modify individual applications)--just draw buttons, title bars, and other widgets in any graphics editor, then paste them into ThemePark as elements of a new theme. If you're not the artistic type, you can use borrowed graphics for your designs as well. The application also lets you work in multiple windows, preview live as you go, and track which aspects you've already tinkered with. Overall, this software is great for both professional designers and those who just like to tinker.
