Version: The Ultimate Troubleshooter 2.41
Pros: This is a PC Support dream tool. A friend told me about it, I got it for home and was blown by it. Got 32-user licence for work and it has literally halved the time we used to spend on PC support, and all our PCs are now leaner and running a lot faster than they used to. It is expert knowledge bundled into a tool every PC Technician would die for. We can't do without it. On a personal level I've also told all my friends to get it - I now have a life back as they can sort out their own problems with it without calling me !

Version: The Ultimate Troubleshooter 2.41
"Unnecesary download for home users..."
Pros: i did not used this program(well i installed and opened it). but its popular/shareware pick in wugnet.it tells that your computer has problems which is like telling the color of red is red or 1+1 equals 2.but i'm sure IT professionals can understand this more.
Cons: they should have put some more helpfiles so that simple pipols like mi can understand.i'd say this is unnecesary for home users.now i dont have plans to buy it(full version).
