    Version: The Ultimate Troubleshooter 4.45

"Good Program That Made A Difference"

by the virus killer on November 7, 2007

Pros: the program helped gave me a better idea of what is slowing down my PC. It has a good useful cleaning tool that cleaned many files that are not important. I did feel a small improvement in my comptuers general performance. I would recommend this program to those who find there comptuer is slowing down ( even though it is not because of malicous software or low system hardware )and are not sure what is causing it to slow down.

Cons: despite the programs helps , i did find it a bit confusing to navigate. It took me some time to find the different tabs . Its cleaning tool is annoying , each time you clean your computer you have to check about 20 boxes. and there is no way to check all of them at the same time. I could not solve some of its "not ok" services. It was not clear what the program wanted me to do . weather to disable and service or enable it , the program did not make things like this clear to the user.

"BETTER THAN AN IT PROFESSIONAL TO STREAMLINE PC"

    by Sam4X5 on November 9, 2007

Pros: TUT tells you exactly what to do with each application, service or program running on your PC. I have seen IT Professionals just shoot from the hip when disabling and enabling certain services including their start modes. This is real information you can rely on in dealing with the many processes and services running on your PC. If you want to learn about all those programs running on your PC you must read and study each one then take the appropriate action.

Cons: It is not yet available for Windows Vista Ultimate 64 bit OS. I can't wait for 64 bit OS service. Tempts me to remove 64 bit and install Vista 32 bit so I can have it again. It did wonders for my XP machine.

    "STOP wasting our time!!!!!"

by cutsie on November 6, 2007

Cons: Yet another one that you have to purchase to get the full benefits! These software companies must be run by brain dead individuals. Its like test driving a car, but your only allowed to stay in the parking lot. I guess my real beef is with CNET, why do they continue to allow these companies to frustrate their (CNET) customers.
