Pros: So many times as a PC technician you have to go and search out what processes are running on PC and determine whether or not they are good or bad processes. The Ultimate Troubleshooter give you a heads up quickly and also with an opinion on whether it's a good program or not. It's such a time saver and at times a life saver (at least for the PC). I also LOVE the Housekeeping feature in The Ultimate Troubleshooter, I love how it shows you how much space you've reclaimed from the last time you ran Housekeeping. Good stuff, I recommend it to everyone!!!!
