Version: The Rise of Magus 1.0
"A very fun game with an excellent storyline!"
Pros: The best part of this game is the storyline. CT fans and especially Magus fans will be impressed by how well it matches up new stuff with CT canon. The leveling, collectibles, and such are very fun, and some of the bosses are a real challenge!
Cons: Too short. Looks like most of the sprites are taken from Chrono Trigger so it's not original art. When you try to overwrite a save, you need to use the mouse if you want to select "no", which can be annoying (since everything else uses the keyboard).
Summary: Overall the game is fantastic. The biggest problem is that it's short - you can beat it in a couple hours. There's a Game+ mode after you beat the game, though, so I might go back and see if there's more stuff in there to find.
