All versions of the package provide complete tracking of buildings and units, tenants, vendors, income and expenses. All versions generate workorders. The Corporate Edition includes double entry bookkeeping and full bank account management for up to 32,768 different checking, savings, revolving charge, and vendor accounts. Optional modules support budgeting and depreciation/amortization. A comprehensive query engine permits the user to generate reports based on any data in the system, according to any set of criteria the user chooses to define. A comprehensive export capability adds still more flexibility.With our personality modules, The Property Manager can be configured to handle specialty applications, such as homeowner associations, condo associations, and hotel/motel.
