The Mortgage Toolbox will even total up your closing cost, calculate interest-only payments, and tell you how much money you will need to buy a new home. It works in all 50 states, and for FHA/VA loan programs too. Version 2.0.0.22 new feature is the "interest-only" payment option on the mortgage scenario calculator. The interest-only feature can also be used on the pre-qualification scenario, which allows user to see how much more someone can qualify for using this feature.

"This is a nice piece of software"

Pros: I really like this program. I was able to figure out how much it was going to cost me to buy a house. I would recommend this to anyone who is needing detailed information about mortgage financing. Thanks.

"This was easy to use"
