Cons: I cannot get in touch with support. I have sent multiple emails, used the online form and yet I never receive a response.

Summary: in order to properly test a product, you need a proper trial period. Three days is not sufficiant to make a decision that requires spending that amount of money for a product you are not sure will be of use to you or your business!!!!!!!!!!!
