Version 3.5.1 adds a feature to remember the last used order (.odr) file and reuses it after startup

Version 3.5 fixes drag and drop issues on Windows XP when windows grouping feature is enabled. Also the new version has nice visual effects when application buttons are dragged and dropped on the taskbar.
