From NTWind Software :TaskSwitchXP is an advanced replacement for the standard Windows Alt-Tab dialog with previews and powerful task management capabilities. It provides the same functionality, and adds visual styles to the dialog and also enhances it by displaying small screenshots of the application in addition to the associated icon. The dialog can also be customized on a per-user basis with optional font settings, transparency and more. Version 2.0.10 may include unspecified updates, enhancements, or bug fixes.

Pros: This is from where you start beautifying XP. This so cool and takes no mem what's so ever. best part is its absolutely free with to strings attached. So i recommend you to download it and enjoy...
Cons: Haven't find it yet....

Pros: TaskSwitchXP Pro is great for being able to preview other windows when alt + tabbing, in a Windows OS, before having to switch to them. TaskSwitchXP Pro can save you much frustration when searching for a particular instance of a program that you have multiple instances of running simultaneously.
Cons: The only con that I found about TaskSwitchXP Pro is that when simply alt + tabbing between two instances of one program, it causes a considerable amount of delay in the program (which in my case was when running Everquest 2, making that bit of delay, too much of a time sink for me.)

"CONSUMER BEWARE! TROJAN FOUND!"
Pros: N/A - I never got a chance to use it :-(
Cons: Immediately upon downloading TaskSwitchPro, my antivirus program (Symantec) discovered multiple infections of a security risk known as Trojan.Zlob. After a full removal of the trojan, I attempted to redownload TaskSwitchPro, for I doubted that the security risk could have originated from a CNET download. Yet, within seconds, Symantec identified Trojan.Zlob to once again be present on my computer.
I have since given up on TaskSwitchPro XP and returned to using Microsoft's Powertoy "Alt-Tab Replacement." They do pretty much the same thing â?? give you individual screenshots of all open programs â?? except that TaskSwitchPro shows you the placement of each program as it appears on your desktop.

Pros: Yes, I Needed This program ! If youve got 5 windows going ( which I can sometimes )THIS PROGRAM IS a MUST HAVE. after using windows alt/tab its like getting DSL after 20 yrs of 5k dialup !!! Fantastic software
Cons: I didn't write it !!!
