This software alarm clock earns big points for its extensive features and flexibility. Talking Time Keeper lets you schedule alarms, set timers, and check world times. You'll find three default voices--one male and two female--all of which have British accents. If accents are not your cup of tea, you can download more voices or create your own with a built-in editor. The program's real strength lies in its extensive alarm features. You can do everything from setting picture alarms with MP3 audio to scheduling programs to launch. The program even includes an interactive global day-and-night map, with accurate sunrise and sunset times. The main-menu interface is compact, intuitive, and supports skins for greater customization. In the final analysis, we think Talking Time Keeper is a great download for anyone looking for a time manager with a human touch.Publisher's description
From Mark Judge :Talking Time Keeper is a fully featured desktop time package. Its features include the ability to announce the time using built-in voices (either at the click of a button or at specified intervals), plus chimes, alarms and timers, which display messages and pictures, run programs, shutdown your PC, speak, and play sounds and MP3s, all with a snooze option. The application includes a calendar displaying upcoming alarms; more than 250 world-time locations (editable); a day-and-night world map; the phases of the moon; stopwatches with lap timers; and atomic time synchronization. The program also includes a voice-building tool (all you need is a microphone), and a skin building tool. You can decide exactly what is heard or displayed, and even add a personal touch by displaying a photo.
Version 14.4 fixes a minor bug for snoozed alarms.

Version: Talking Time Keeper 14.4
Pros: Yha, it does what it says, and yes 77,000 users have downloaded it,but unless you are blind and that is the only way you you know what time it is, what good is it? If you have Microsoft voice or Opera voice, they can also speak the time. But hey, If you like it, go for it. I'll give it 4 stars, just because it does what it is suppose to do.
Cons: Makes you download St Paint Studio to work correctly, even if you have Photo Shop or Paint Shop Pro installed on your pc and those programs conflict with St Paint.
