This software alarm clock earns big points for its extensive features and flexibility. Talking Time Keeper lets you schedule alarms, set timers, and check world times. You'll find three default voices--one male and two female--all of which have British accents. If accents are not your cup of tea, you can download more voices or create your own with a built-in editor. The program's real strength lies in its extensive alarm features. You can do everything from setting picture alarms with MP3 audio to scheduling programs to launch. The program even includes an interactive global day-and-night map, with accurate sunrise and sunset times. The main-menu interface is compact, intuitive, and supports skins for greater customization. In the final analysis, we think Talking Time Keeper is a great download for anyone looking for a time manager with a human touch.Publisher's description
From Mark Judge :Talking Time Keeper is a fully featured desktop time package. Its features include the ability to announce the time using built-in voices (either at the click of a button or at specified intervals), plus chimes, alarms, and timers, which display messages and pictures, run programs, speak, and play sounds and MP3s, all with a snooze option.
The application includes a calendar displaying upcoming alarms; more than 250 world-time locations (editable); a day-and-night world map; the phases of the moon; stopwatches with lap timers; and atomic time synchronization. The program also includes a voice-building tool. All you need is a microphone to make your own voices. You can decide exactly what is heard or displayed, and even add a personal touch by displaying a photo.
Version 12.3 features a fix for obscure daylight saving alarm bug.

Version: Talking Time Keeper 12.3
Pros: Speaks time at regular intervals, several voices to choose from or record your own, day and night world view shows you what part of the world is lit up, and can synchronize your PC's time. This is a program I'll be running all the time! I have it set to say the time every half hour with Jessica's voice. Program appears to also be very stable - no crashes.
Cons: None worth mentioning.

Version: Talking Time Keeper 12.3
"Very Nice, I Enjoy This One Very Much!"
Pros: This is one "Talking Clock" Program That I would Recommend. Very easy setup, multiple realistic voices to choose from, actually comes with only two , however you can download more at no charge. Not much else to say, give this one a try for sure if your into sound enhancements.
Cons: Only con is that it unfortuantly is only yours for a 30 day trial period, you'll wish it was free. Although if it were free I am sure the quality would suffer, so hey, be like me and purchase it then its yours forever! SWEET!
