From TAL Software:

This program keeps track of all a model railroaders' rolling stock. A number of reports are available. These reports help the modeler know which equipment they have from different manufactures so no duplicates are purchased (unless intentional); identify the location of the equipment; assist in valuing all of the equipment; and provides for inclusion of photographs to assist in any sales or insurance related activities.
