From Ilient :SysAid is software for organizations' IT (Information Technology) departments. It provides asset management and monitoring, automatically scanning the organization's network, listing and testing its machines. SysAid Help Desk Software provides details on each machine (its hardware, software, history), allows you to configure different tests for it and lets you remote control it. SysAid also provides help desk. It also includes ITIL CMDB Module, Community forums, task notification, reoccurring events, and duplicate service requests.

Cons: If you can fill the unforgiving minute

Pros: Easy configuration and use. Very reach service quality reports and a great asset inventory tool
Cons: No billing facilities

"Excellent full feature Help Desk and Asset Mgt solution"
Pros: Fast, easy implementation.
Great support.
Customizable fields, forms and interface.
Everything an IT support team needs.
The User Community Forum is very helpful, too.Cons: I like everything I have seen and nothing is missing.
