"just good nothing special nither clear"
Pros: I thoth that it will be more powerfull but no I saw software better than that
Cons: is not clear to work whit is not intuitive.

"The best free helpdesk and asset management software"
Pros: SysAid is the best free helpdesk and asset management software there is. I have used it for few years now. Nowadays we have a bought version of it but we started with the free one. If you are looking for a software to help your every day work you have just found it!
