It provides asset management and monitoring, automatically scanning the organization's network, listing and testing its machines. SysAid Help Desk Software provides details on each machine (its hardware, software, history, and more), allows you to configure different tests for it and lets you remote control it. SysAid also provides help desk.

"POOR !! Post Sales Support Service"
Pros: Easy to use.
Cons: The response time of customer support (Even you are the PAID user) is very LONG. I sent few questions to them at early October but I didn't receive reply from them now (Now). Even they set the priority is "Very High", they did answer the question.

Pros: I'm starting a new help desk services for our school, and I found Sysaid very suitable and capable of tracking our service calls.

"One of the best helpdesk packages at ANY price."
Pros: This package is one of my favorite of all time. The free version includes everything you need support small to medium network installations. They just added a monitoring module to the package and made it available in the FREE version! More features than you can shake a stick at and easy to use. The free version even includes FREE SUPPORT - that's almost unheard of. You can't go wrong with Ilient's Sysaid.
Cons: I wish I would have found it sooner. Makes my life much easier.

Pros: SysAid is very easy to use however it is very powerful and adjustable.
Cons: So far I have had no problems.
