From 4Team :Synchronize Microsoft Outlook between multiple PCs using external USB device, shared network folder, P2P folders or FTP. Sync Google Calendar and Google Contacts with Outlook folders. Synchronize (Clone) your Outlook personal or public exchange folders: Calendars, Contacts, Tasks, E-mails with your second desktop or laptop without Exchange Server. A simple wizard will guide you during installation; afterward you can schedule your synchronization or do it manually, by your request. A state-of-the-art application that works directly with MAPI without interference with your Outlook. Complete automatic background synchronization, even if Outlook is not running. Use your PC, any networked device, or removable memory device (Memory Sticks, USB Flash or Hard Drives) as shared folder location. Event-based synchronization, only changes are transferred. No need to carry or share the whole PST file. Multiple Google Calendar sync with Outlook Calendar folders. Version 1.81 addresses issues encountered with FTP, 4Team service synchronization, and PC sleep mode.

Version: Sync2 for Outlook 1.81
Pros: - Works great when you need to sync some stuff either via Google Calendar or USB (especially if you want to share it between your laptop and the office desktop).
- Synchronization works even when Outlook isn't running
- New updates/fixes all the timeCons: - Sometimes the sync process screws up (very rarely for me)
- If you have a bug, you have to contact support T_T.Summary: If this is precisely what you need in your life (to get that USB drive and get some data and sync it), then it's a dream. If it isn't, then consider some other program. Personally, I can't complain against it and recommend it.

Version: Sync2 for Outlook 1.81
Pros: When it works it is great, when it is broke it does not tell you and it breaks every 3-4 weeks.
Cons: Calendar application needs to be manually re-synced every 4-6 weeks. Application provides no error messages saying that there is a problem.
Summary: Support tells you to check for updates and apply them, did that. still breaks after 4-6 weeks (calendars out of sync and you get no error messages). Worst part is when it is broken you have no clue unless you physically look at other PC's calendar t... read more >>
