From 4Team :Synchronize Microsoft Outlook between multiple PCs and Google Calendar and Google Contacts using external USB device, shared network folder, P2P folders or FTP. Synchronize (Clone) your Outlook personal or public exchange folders: Calendars, Contacts, Tasks, E-mails with your second desktop or laptop without Exchange Server. A simple wizard will guide you during installation; afterward you can schedule your synchronization or do it manually, by your request. A state-of-the-art application that works directly with MAPI without interference with your Outlook. Complete automatic background synchronization, even if Outlook is not running. Use your PC, any networked device, or removable memory device (Memory Sticks, USB Flash or HDD Drives) as shared folder location. Event-based synchronization, only changes are transferred. No need to carry or share the whole PST file. Multiple Google Calendar sync with Outlook Calendar folders.
Version 1.80 adds the Google Contacts synchronization functionality.

This update adds the Google Contacts synchronization functionality. It also addresses many issues encountered with FTP synchronization, and some old bugs regarding categories and appointment labels filtering. Windows 7 support is added.

"Superb Microsoft Outlook synchronization tool"
Pros: Easy to setup; no need to worry about sync data storage using free 4Team FTP service; now syncs with Google Calendar and Contacts!
Cons: Not possible to sync windows files.

Version: Sync2 for Outlook 1.80
"A long-awaited version is finally released."
Pros: The new version allows for Google Contacts synchronization, the feature that works well with Google Calendar synchronization, thus making this program useful.
Cons: FTP synchronization is not as quick as desired.
