A simple wizard will guide you during installation; afterward you can schedule your synchronization or do it manually, by your request. Version: Sync2 for Outlook 1.63
Pros: None that I can think of.
Cons: Sync function is terrible. It creates a dup and skips files. Our company has been using this for 3 month which is a nightmare. Now we have to install exchange server for outlook sync. Better version is desperately needed.

"Customer Service and License Policies Are Terrible"
Pros: I used this program for just over a year, and the software worked reasonably well to sync my outlook files between two PC's.
Cons: The software is very slow and consumes a lot of resources while it is syncing - very frustrating at times. License policy doesn't let you move your license to a new PC (trying to upgrade my PC) without buying a new license after only one year.
Summary: Find a different alternative. There are many others!

Cons: Installed the program on two computers. Never got the program to work because the instructions are very confusing.
Summary: The worst instructions of all the software program I have ever used.

"Very Slow with large Outlook PST Files"
Pros: May be OK for small Outlook email systems
Cons: Very slow on 3 GB PST files. In spite of 4Team's "Satisfaction" guarentee, 4Team would not to honor it within the 14 day guarentee period. They said the program worked as designed. No money-back if you are NOT satisfied.
Summary: Make sure you download the trial program and that you are satisfied with the operation of Sync2 BEFORE you pay for it. There is NO Money Back Satisfaction Guarentee once you pay for it.
