From 4Team :Synchronize Microsoft Outlook data between multiple PCs using external USB device, shared network folder, P2P folders or FTP. Synchronize (Clone) your Outlook personal or public exchange folders: Calendars, Contacts, Tasks, E-mails with your second desktop or laptop without Exchange Server. A simple wizard will guide you during installation; afterward you can schedule your synchronization or do it manually, by your request. A state-of-the-art application that works directly with MAPI without interference with your Outlook. There are no add-ons/plug-ins to install. Complete automatic background synchronization, even if Outlook is not running. Use your PC, any networked device, or removable memory device (Memory Sticks, USB Flash or HDD Drives) as shared folder location. Event-based synchronization, only changes are transferred. No need to carry or share the whole PST file. Default Outlook folders synchronization between different language systems.

Version: Sync2 for Outlook 1.51.0744
"Works seamlessly once set up"
Pros: Simple interface. Does one thing well - sync. I tried OutlookSync and PST Sync and couldn't get either one of them to work.
Cons: Had one problem setting it up. There is a Filter setting that comes defaulted to only sync the last 3 days of mail. It's a bit buried in the menus, so I couldn't figure out why only a few of the emails were syncing properly. Once that was unchecked to sync all mail, it worked fine.
