From YaSoft :

This is a system shutdown utility with a simple, intuitive interface. It offers scheduled/immediate shutdown, restart, and log off options; a multi-language interface; a self-configuration engine (installation is not needed); command line support (including timer settings); and full functionality on almost all versions of Windows (9x/Me/NT/2000) Installer/UnInstaller. The program GUI has been changed (alpha blending was added for Win2000); extended configuration file options were added; a right-click menu was added; and a new command line option, /wait:N., was added. Changes in this version include new action options and a silent install option. The AutoRun bug has been fixed.
