CNET Editors' review
SugarSync Mobile seamlessly figures the photo contents of a BlackBerry Curve, Pearl, or 8800 Series phone into the ecosystem of SugarSync's online file-storing arrangement. When used in conjunction with SugarSync Manager for Windows or Mac, viewing, downloading, and sharing any file or photo album from the phone is a speedy and effortless habit (so long as you have a file viewer installed.) Unique to the mobile versions is an uploader that automatically pushes photos snapped from the phone to a dedicated folder stored in the cloud.
The mobile product could stand to gain one or two more features for uploading not just photos but files from the phone, and opening music and video files from the Web into a player. However, the syncing performance may be the fastest and most intuitive we've seen among the pool of similar remote access products, and that goes a long way.

"annoying pia program to set up"
Version: SugarSync Mobile for BlackBerry 1.1.8
Pros
none, see below
Cons
didn't get far enough to find out
Summary
Tried to use to sync my macbook with a blackberry 8900 and a windows computer. The whole process of setting up an online account and installing the program on different devices and then having to sort through your hard drives to decide which files to share or back up on line is annoying and too time consuming. After 10 minutes I was so frustrated with sugarsync that that I just quit and uninstalled it.

"Very Cool. Note this file has to be installed directly on your blackberry; there is a separate download for your PC."
Version: SugarSync Mobile for BlackBerry 1.1.8
Pros
I'm using SugarSync to have files synced across my 3 computers (Work PC, Home Laptop, and my Wife's MacBook air) and then to be able to access them from my Blackberry. Note that I had to install the PC/Mac versions of the software on my computers before the blackberry app worked but once everything was set up, it works great now.
It especially works well with photos. When I take a picture on my Blackberry, a copy of it is automatically sent to a "mobile photos" folder on my PC without me having to do anything. Very cool.
I can also view and share pictures from my computer on my blackberry in just a couple thumb clicks.
