Publisher's description
From SubSynch :This is an easy-to-use program that enables the user to synchronize the time of a subtitle (.sub/.srt) file. Just enter the time difference between the video and the subtitle file and you'll get a new subtitle file synchronized with your video. Version 1.2 can automatically open with the previous selected subtitle file and has an option to synchronize only for specific time slice (good for commercial break).
