From SubSynch :

This is an easy-to-use program that enables the user to synchronize the time of a subtitle (.sub/.srt) file. Just enter the time difference between the video and the subtitle file and you'll get a new subtitle file synchronized with your video. Version 1.2 can automatically open with the previous selected subtitle file and has an option to synchronize only for specific time slice (good for commercial break).

"Pretty useless, not what I expected"

Pros: Nothing!

Cons: I find nothing of "easy to use" here... there's not even a decent GUI for using it...

Pros: I have tried other programs unsuccessfully, some others donÃ¢Â?Â?t do it right in Spanish, and others are tricky. But finally, I found it!
