Jot down quick notes and serve up reminders with this program, which won't win plaudits for easy usage. Each Sticky Central note displays the date and time you launched it. Right-clicking a note's top bar lets you access display options, including locking a note from deletion, keeping the note on top, and changing the note color. You also can schedule reminder alarms (complete with a snooze feature and the ability to select an accompanying WAV file), although the trial version limits you to one-time alarms. To change font styles, right-click within the body of a note. However, clicking X in the corner of a note only hides it. To delete a note, you must use the control panel, creating what we think is an unnecessary hoop. While Sticky Central works decently for simple notes and reminders, its unintuitive functionality and small feature set may send you looking for another program.
