I got this good streamlined Mac utility to create a bootable clone of iMac 2013 with 1TB hard drive. Although, the process was time consuming but created the bootable clone along with the Recovery HD partition without any issue. Moreover, this software can also be used to create an image of entire Mac HDD.
True, it is free. But could only image to an external hard drive. I wanted to image to a bootable DVD, but Steller could not see the DVD drive even though I could in Finder. Yosimite has diifferent way of handling the DVD through IDVD. hence the hiccup .
