From Spytech Software and Design :

SpyAgent Professional is a full-feature monitoring and logging utility for Windows. It can take screen captures and log keystrokes. SpyAgent Professional monitors all windows opened, programs run, Web sites visited, and passwords used. An optional stealth mode allows the program to run silently in the background.

New features have been added for version 3.0, including lock-down time scheduling, logging time scheduling, a password cache viewer, network support, log search, improved detailed activity logs, and more.

Note: This demo version limits you to 30-minute monitoring sessions. The full version costs $49.95.
