"Powerful, Highly Supported, & Easy to Use"
Pros: I've been using Spiceworks for a couple of weeks now and I'm very impressed. I've been looking for a powerful network management system that compares to apps like TrackIT. Spiceworks is almost automatic. It takes advantage of WMI, SSH, and SNMP. The website has many detailed instructional videos and an experienced and growing forum of users. Most responses are same day. The Spiceworks team is very passionate about its user base's needs. Highly recommended!
Cons: I am still fighting to resolve a few "unknown" devices on my networks. Spiceworks get "slower" when it's monitoring over 200 devices. An unlimited enterprise version would be nice.
