It combines the features needed every day to a manage a network in a small or medium-sized business: inventory and report on your company's hardware and software assets automatically (including patches, anti-virus updates, and licenses), monitor and troubleshoot the hardware and software on your network (look for low disk space, unwanted software, license violations), run an IT Help Desk for your company that's easy to use (let users submit tickets via email and automatically have their asset information). Spiceworks requires no agents to be installed and managed.

"This product really works!!! It's amazing!!!"
Pros: I absoulty love how this program has a help desk system set up in the program. You can open a ticket if you have a problem and the admiistrator can look at the ticket and resolve the issue fast.
Cons: We had a few problems when we first downloaded the program. We downloaded it and then it would not let us open the program. It was acting like it was in a trial period.

Pros: Spiceworks has the is a very good practice tool for small network management it is costless and has the ease of use Web GUI,so go head and give it a try there is nothing you can lose.
